[ Outcome ]
As the Lead Designer on a newly launched digital healthcare startup, I collaborated with the UX research team and the client to define initial requirements and built a reusable design system for long-term scalability. I simplified core UX flows for elderly users into three steps or fewer. I also designed WCAG 2.1 AA-compliant color and typography tokens and delivered both a user-facing app and a physician admin service. Through real-time, communication-driven collaboration, the design delivery timeline was reduced from one month to two weeks.

Simplifying UX for Senior Users
Designed a widget-based main screen that surfaces key status information at a glance, reducing overall flow complexity. To minimize interaction effort, I replaced page transitions with overlay-based interactions that preserve context. State information was visualized through graph-based components for quick and intuitive understanding.

Weather Adaptive UI & Family Monitoring Experience
The main screen background updates automatically based on real-time weather, allowing users to understand today’s conditions at a glance. This approach helps the app blend naturally into the user’s daily routine and increases overall engagement.
Aligning Design Decisions with Non-Technical Stakeholders
Since the client was not an IT-based organization, concepts such as component structures, naming conventions, and usage patterns were initially unfamiliar. Throughout the project, I clearly explained these elements using data-driven rationale and practical examples, helping stakeholders understand and align with the design decisions. This approach built strong trust with the client and strengthened collaboration across the project.

About me
My career spans B2B SaaS platforms, enterprise workflows, and design systems across banking, logistics, healthcare, and e-commerce. I've led end-to-end UX/UI for large-scale, multi-device projects, from physical service devices to web-based admin systems, and I've spent the past year integrating AI tools like Claude and Claude Code into my design and front-end workflow.
I've enjoyed creating things since I was young, from drawing on MS Paint as a kid to designing club posters in Photoshop. That curiosity led me to study Communication Design, and it's shaped how I approach every project since.
I'm especially drawn to projects with real complexity — systems with many moving parts, accessibility constraints, or fragmented workflows that need structure. Outside of work, I'm an outgoing person who enjoys walking, sports, and hunting down new coffee spots around the city. I'm also a big fan of dogs and cats.
