[ Outcome ]
The system launched across NH Bank's branch network in a phased rollout, replacing fragmented, device-specific workflows with a coordinated system spanning a video-consultation physical device, a counselor CRM, and admin consoles. Building each device on its own design system allowed the team to work around very different hardware constraints without compromising brand consistency, and WCAG 2.1 AA–compliant tokens ensured the service worked for NH Bank's largely older, in-branch customer base.

A Design System Built to Flex Across Hardware
Each device differed not just in size but in the graphic specs used to render color, so instead of forcing one unified system across all of them, I proposed building a separate design system for each device. This meant more design systems to build overall, but it gave the team more flexibility to work around each device's constraints. For color, I kept the brand's primary blue consistent by calibrating each device's actual output and building individual color tokens per device.
Designing for a Senior-Majority, Multi-Device Audience
Most branch visitors were customers aged 50 and older, and the Digital Desk itself is an uncommon physical device in Korea, so accessibility had to be built in from the start. I built WCAG 2.1 AA–compliant color tokens based on the visual limitations of this user base, and designed an intuitive interface and motion guide so users could easily locate device functions while moving through the service process.

Building the Counselor CRM Around Real Workflows
The CRM needed to support video consultation, not just phone calls, so We were team started by interviewing counselors directly to understand their actual workflow and the features they relied on most. Based on that data, I built UX flow assumptions and wireframes, aligning closely with both the counselor and development teams, then designed the UI and refined it through regular review meetings.

About me
My career spans B2B SaaS platforms, enterprise workflows, and design systems across banking, logistics, healthcare, and e-commerce. I've led end-to-end UX/UI for large-scale, multi-device projects, from physical service devices to web-based admin systems, and I've spent the past year integrating AI tools like Claude and Claude Code into my design and front-end workflow.
I've enjoyed creating things since I was young, from drawing on MS Paint as a kid to designing club posters in Photoshop. That curiosity led me to study Communication Design, and it's shaped how I approach every project since.
I'm especially drawn to projects with real complexity — systems with many moving parts, accessibility constraints, or fragmented workflows that need structure. Outside of work, I'm an outgoing person who enjoys walking, sports, and hunting down new coffee spots around the city. I'm also a big fan of dogs and cats.
