[ Outcome ]

The redesigned platform significantly improved usability and clarity based on client feedback, increasing both efficiency and satisfaction. A new right side preview panel allowed faster order checks without scrolling, and close daily collaboration with the development team ensured consistent and quick implementation. The project was successfully launched and followed by a three month maintenance phase.

Improving Inefficient Workflows and Poor Usability

I conducted interviews with internal stakeholders to review reported client complaints, identify UX pain points across operational workflows, and assess overall development system issues. Based on these findings, I removed unnecessary features and proposed functional improvements and additions aligned with real operational needs.

In addition, I introduced an agile collaboration process supported by real-time prototyping, which improved alignment between stakeholders and the development team, reduced iteration cycles, and increased overall team workflow efficiency by approximately 30–40%.

Layout Redesign for Improved Usability

A card-based UI was introduced to surface key information at a glance, while detailed content was made accessible through expandable accordions and a dedicated delivery detail page. In addition, a map-based delivery tracking feature was added, enabling administrators to instantly understand the current delivery status.

Building a Scalable Design System

I collaborated closely with the development team to build a scalable design system based on WCAG 2.1 AA-compliant color standards and highly usable typography tokens. After the initial renewal project, the system was maintained through an ongoing maintenance contract, enabling smooth product scaling and feature expansion without major issues by consistently leveraging the established design system.

About me

My career spans B2B SaaS platforms, enterprise workflows, and design systems across banking, logistics, healthcare, and e-commerce. I've led end-to-end UX/UI for large-scale, multi-device projects, from physical service devices to web-based admin systems, and I've spent the past year integrating AI tools like Claude and Claude Code into my design and front-end workflow.

I've enjoyed creating things since I was young, from drawing on MS Paint as a kid to designing club posters in Photoshop. That curiosity led me to study Communication Design, and it's shaped how I approach every project since.

I'm especially drawn to projects with real complexity — systems with many moving parts, accessibility constraints, or fragmented workflows that need structure. Outside of work, I'm an outgoing person who enjoys walking, sports, and hunting down new coffee spots around the city. I'm also a big fan of dogs and cats.
